We want you to love your Tibu-Sandals! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a resolution.

IMPORTANT: Do Not Return Items to Our Corporate Address Please do not send your purchase back to our corporate or billing address. Packages sent there cannot be processed by our logistics team and we will not be able to issue your refund. To initiate any refund or replacement request, you must first contact our support team at tibusandals@gmail.com.

Our Hassle-Free Resolution Process Because international return shipping can be expensive and has a heavy environmental footprint, we offer a customer-friendly "Retention & Refund" alternative. Depending on your situation, we will resolve the issue without requiring you to ship the physical item back to our international warehouses!

1. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items received Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong color/size, contact us immediately at tibusandals@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue. We will evaluate it right away and send you a free replacement or issue a full refund. You don't need to mail the defective pair back!

2. Wrong Size Ordered or Changed Mind If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, please reach out to us. Since return shipping costs can be exceptionally high, we will gladly offer you a highly discounted replacement pair or a partial refund to your original payment method. You can keep the original pair to gift to a friend or family member!

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund requests on final sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a resolution for your order within 14 days, for any reason. Please contact us first at tibusandals@gmail.com to process this according to our hassle-free resolution guidelines above.

Refunds Once your photo proof or request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at tibusandals@gmail.com.
